FAQ

What is Buzzle, and how does it work?

What is Buzzle?

Buzzle (playbuzzle.com) makes AI-powered classroom games that make learning stick. A teacher types any topic, and Buzzle turns it into a live, multiplayer game for the whole class. Any subject, any grade.

How does Buzzle work?

Type a topic and press launch. Buzzle writes the questions with AI, and the join code is on the board before the class has settled: from topic to play in about 60 seconds. Students join with that code and play by answering the questions. You can also use your own questions or pick a ready-made set from the marketplace.

How do students join a Buzzle game?

Students go to playbuzzle.com/join, enter the code their teacher shared (or scan the QR code on the board) and jump straight into the game. Students join free, and no account is needed.

What games can you play on Buzzle?

One question set, a whole arcade. The same questions can be played as DASH, Eruption, TOP BINS, JUKE, FRONTLINE, SHARK ATTACK and Classic Quiz.

What subjects can Buzzle be used for?

Any subject, any grade. From the Roman Empire to the periodic table, every subject becomes a game, and changing the topic gives you a whole new set of questions.

Is Buzzle free?

Yes. Buzzle is free to start, with no card needed. Buzzle Free includes 10 live games a month, AI question generation 5 times a month and 2 game modes (Eruption and Classic Quiz), and students always join free. Buzzle Plus unlocks unlimited live games and every game mode, and schools can ask for custom pricing.
